"My first love is drawing. It is what I have done since my Dad gave me my real art book- lets just say a few years ago. It is all I wanted to do. I was lucky enough to live that dream and work as an Animator for over 15 years. Almost a decade at Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida, till they shut their doors in 2004. I since then have concentrated on raising my 2 beautiful, spirited children, while making a "new" career in illustration and design."

Gloria aka Purpleglo Creations

I am a wife to a wonderful man.  He has one son and I have two sons and a daughter.  My three children have blessed me with eight grandchildren; and one great grandson (Jan 2014); whom I adore. I am a retired nurse.  I started scrapbooking in July 2011 and Cardmaking Oct 2011.  I joined Close To My Heart as a consultant in March 2012.  I love all my new Internet friends and followers; and I have met a few of them in person; over the past 3 years. I love sharing my creations and I love to see others creations.  I feel very blessed to be chosen to be part of Lil Patch of Crafty Friends DT.  I love being part of a group.  It is very motivating and you learn so much.
